📌Name: Ebong Sone Ngupé
🎓 Position: Founder & Rural Development Advocate and Food Engineer

📝 Profile:
Ebong Sone Ngupé is a rural development advocate with a Master’s degree in Quality Management and Control from ENSAI – Ngaoundere. He is the founder of the Platform for Rural Innovative Development (PRIDE), leading initiatives that address mental health, water access, food safety, and support for IDPs and refugees. Recognized locally and internationally, Ebong has shared his expertise at numerous conferences, inspiring young people to drive change in their communities. His work reflects a deep commitment to sustainable, community-driven development.


📌 Name: Ekane Sone Bertrand
🎓 Position: Agro-Pastoral & Agriculture Project Coordinator

📝 Profile:
Ekane Sone Bertrand is an experienced agro-pastoral consultant with over six years of expertise in crop cultivation, animal husbandry, and sustainable agriculture. He has coordinated and implemented agricultural projects with NGOs such as Agriculture for Africa and Nature Cameroon, training over 120 farmers and 44 agripreneurs in modern farming techniques, forest conservation, and value chain improvement. Bertrand’s work has led to significant increases in crop yields, reduced pesticide costs, and improved livelihoods in rural communities. A YALI RLC alumnus with a Higher National Diploma in Management of Farm Enterprises, he is passionate about driving productivity and innovation in the agricultural sector.


📌 Name: Julliet Dione
🎓 Position: Environmental Educator & Project Officer

📝 Profile:
Julliet Dione is a dedicated environmental educator and development practitioner with expertise in community engagement, conservation, and sustainable development. She currently leads educational sessions for schools, families, and communities, fostering awareness on conservation and climate change. As a Project Officer at ICCA, she worked closely with rural communities to improve livelihoods, access to clean water, and environmental protection. Julliet has successfully established and registered women and youth farming groups as Common Initiative Groups (CIGs) and Cooperative Societies, and has coordinated impactful initiatives such as tree planting, clean-up drives, and recycling campaigns. Holding a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Buea, she combines strong research, data analysis, and communication skills to drive change at the grassroots level.


Ekume Justine Nneh
Position – Vocational & Technical Training Lead

Ekume Justine Nneh brings a wealth of expertise in vocational and technical education to Impact Circle Germany e.V. She holds the TVEEAL 1-year Technical Teachers’ Grade 1 Certificate (CAPIET) and has been professionally trained to teach in Technical Education Colleges, SAR/SM, and Rapid Vocational Training Centres.

With a strong passion for empowering communities through skills development, she leads our initiatives in vocational and technical training, ensuring that beneficiaries gain practical, market-relevant skills that open pathways to sustainable livelihoods.
