Ebong Sone Ngupé
President
Responsibilities:

Presides over all general meetings and chairs Executive Committee meetings and workshops.

Acts as the association’s Attorney and main signatory on its bank account.

Endorses and validates all transactions and ensures proper financial management.

Represents the association in all internal and external meetings; may delegate representation powers.

Oversees strategy, planning, and monitoring of organizational progress.

Handles media relations in coordination with the Media Officer.
-
Addresses disciplinary issues among members.
-
Speaks on behalf of the association at meetings and public events.
Ekane Sone Bertrand
Secretary
Responsibilities:

Prepares minutes of general assembly, executive, and other association meetings.

Co-signs financial transactions with the President and Treasurer.

Signs letters and correspondence on behalf of the association.

Accompanies the President to meetings when necessary.

Manages office records, membership reports, agendas, and correspondence.

Oversees organizational reporting and filing systems.
Ekang Julliet Dione
Financial Secretary
Responsibilities:

Maintains all association records in close collaboration with the Treasurer.

Prepares monthly income and expenditure reports.
-
Provides financial updates to the association on a monthly basis.
Ekume Justine Nneh
Treasurer
Responsibilities:
-
Keeps all financial records and manages incoming/outgoing funds.
-
Co-signs all financial transactions with the President and Secretary.

Opens and manages bank accounts and cheque books.
-
Prepares budgets and ensures bills are paid within budget.
-
Provides regular financial updates to both the Executive and general membership.
-
Ensures audits and annual financial reports are completed and presented at the AGM.
